The municipality of Jastarnia is located on the Hel Peninsula. In addition to the town from which it takes its name, it also encompasses the seaside resort of Jurata, established during the interwar period, and the former fishing village of Kuźnice.
Here, tradition meets modernity. Guests can enjoy a well-developed tourist infrastructure - featuring world-class luxury spa hotels and extensive sports facilities, including swimming pools, tennis courts, marinas, sports fields, and even an indoor sports arena. At the same time, visitors are welcomed by locals who respect history and continue to cultivate the Kashubian language, traditions, and customs.
History is also reflected in local attractions. In Jurata, visitors can explore a fishing museum as well as well-preserved World War II fortifications. The area offers a full range of amenities - including even a cinema.
Jastarnia also serves as a municipal port and marina, a scenic area for walking, a workplace for fishermen, and a base for sailing activities. For years, the municipality has received numerous awards and distinctions, recognized for its strong investment performance and infrastructure development.
