The Łęczyce Municipality lies within the regions of the Kashubian Coastland (Pobrzeże Kaszubskie) and the Kashubian Lake District (Pojezierze Kaszubskie). It covers an area of 233 square kilometers, half of which consists of forests, while the remaining part is made up of agricultural land, water bodies, and built-up areas.

The Łęczyce Municipality is located near the Tricity Agglomeration and is very well connected to it by the Gdańsk-Szczecin railway line and the modern S6 expressway on the Gdańsk-Szczecin route, both of international importance. These transport links also connect the municipality with towns of great significance for the region's development: Wejherowo and Lębork.

The municipality's lands are intersected by the ice-marginal valleys of the Łeba and Reda rivers, which create exceptionally picturesque landscapes amidst forested agricultural areas.

The southern areas of the municipality lie on the Kashubian Upland (Wysoczyzna Kaszubska), featuring the beautiful Paraszyno Valley (Dolina Paraszyńska). Part of the municipality's border is formed by the shore of Lake Lubowidz. In the northern areas, forest lakes create the Salino lake chain. The Paraszyno Valley is a protected landscape area; it is here that the most beautiful, mountain-like section of the Łeba River is located. The terrain's configuration creates a true oasis of peace and a paradise for kayakers, anglers, and enthusiasts of hiking, cycling, and foraging for wild mushrooms and berries.

Art history enthusiasts and lovers of historic monuments have the opportunity to visit interesting examples of palace, manor, and sacred architecture under conservation protection within the Łęczyce Municipality. These include: the late 18th-century brick palace in Bożepole Małe, the palace and park complexes in Bożepole Wielkie and Godętowo, the manor and park complex in Paraszyno, the brick manor in Świchowo, the branch church of St. Isidore the Farmer in Świetlino, and the parish church of Saints Peter and Paul in Brzeźno Lęborskie. Deserving special attention is the only "Church-Monument" in Poland, built on the foundations of one of the former barracks of the Stutthof evacuation camp in Nawcz.

The municipality features three protected landscape areas and numerous nature reserves, including the "Royal Fern" (Długosz Królewski) reserve - formed by two peat bogs covered with the fern of the same name, as well as Pużyckie Łęgi, Paraszyńskie Wąwozy, and Wielistowskie Łęgi, alongside various scenic viewpoints. Exceptionally numerous natural monuments have also been established here.

Almost all public roads are lined with ash, sycamore, linden, maple, and birch trees. Among them, the over 160-year-old linden avenue from Nawcz to Dzięcielec stands out.

Local government authorities are favorably disposed towards any investment projects aimed at land development. The municipality has land available for residential construction as well as production and service investments.

The unique, exceptionally striking scenic values of the open landscape, beautiful nature, rich flora and fauna in the forests, tranquility, clean waters, numerous natural monuments, rivers, historic sites, and a healthy climate ensure that the attractiveness of the Łęczyce Municipality is appreciated not only by residents of larger cities in Poland but also abroad. The attractive location means that everyone will find something for themselves here. Enthusiasts of active recreation and wanderers seeking peace and quiet have the opportunity to relax surrounded by the unspoiled nature of the Łęczyce region.
