Who are we?

Audit Committee

The Audit Committee is the internal control and supervisory body of the Association, elected by its General Meeting. Resolutions of the Committee are adopted in the presence of at least three members of this body. According to the Gdańsk-Gdynia-Sopot Metropolitan Area Statute, it consists of three to five members, including a Chair and at least one Vice-Chair.
